  *WARNING* With out a doubt the worst real estate I have ever delt with. The people there were horribly unreliable, unhelpful, rude and refused to take responsibility for mistakes on their behalf. Absolutely do not deal with these people, all it will do is cost you money and time. They will stop at nothing to keep your bond and squeeze every little bit they can out of you. Disgusting.

  I found this real estate to be very unreliable, rude and unprofessional in all of my dealings with them. They did not call back when they said they were going to, things that they said would be sorted were not, and our property manager (the 3rd in a month) was always too busy to answer our phone calls. We were supposed to sign a lease but were told we had to come back later in the day because the property manager was too busy, and then when we rang 15mins prior to the appointment, were told that she would not be in the office for our appointment. Following this we decided to go with another real estate, and received a very rude and unprofessional phone call from Blackwater real estate. Very poor communication and customer service. One staff member was very friendly to us - our first property manager Deejay, but he no longer works for this company. Would not recommend signing up with these guys.

  WARNING!! AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE AT ALL COSTS AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. Do your research ask the locals about this business and you will soon get the point, an absolute disgrace of a business. Save yourself your TIME, MONEY AND HEARTACHE and visit VISION or RESOURCE REAL ESTATE in Blackwater. PLEASE do your research people!!

  Do not rent a house threw this real estate. Very poor communication and won’t help you regardless.
